Fitness-Strength Program At Gym
This is an individualized strength program at the gym for general fitness. This program suits well with you who is fairly independent with training, but need a personalized training program designed for you! This is not a generic program, and is carefully designed for you! You will also get instructions how to alter the program as you progress.
This program starts with an initial strength assessment protocol and individualized program design after the first call via Skype and Intake Forms are completed.
You will also receive a strength training monitoring program and test-retest protocol to keep track of your progress.
The Program is delivered with clear instructions with videos and progression/regression alternatives.
